David Brady, Director

David Brady is entering his fourth year with Lone Star Sports & Entertainment and the Texans, and his 18th in the professional sports industry.

Brady began his career in the Group and Season Ticket Sales Department of the Houston Rockets and then the Houston Astros before embarking on an eight year career as a sports broadcaster.

His broadcast work included stops in California, Connecticut, Arizona and Philadelphia.  While his main focus was baseball play by play he also served as the play by play voice of Yale University sports and television reporter for KOLD (CBS affiliate) in Tucson.

Brady also served as a consultant for the 2000 U.S. National Team (Baseball) and was Assistant General Manager of the Camden Riversharks, a minor league baseball team in the Philadelphia market.

As Director of LSSE, Brady oversees all aspects of both the Reliant Stadium events and off-campus properties managed by LSSE.

LSSE is responsible for great events such as the US vs. Mexico and FC Barcelona soccer matches at Reliant Stadium that are the top two soccer crowds in Texas history.

Additionally, LSSE manages the highly successful Texas Bowl which is played on December 28 at Reliant Stadium.

LSSE also has relationships with the Shell Houston Open and Stanford Cup Tennis Championship as well as other events around Houston.

Brady also serves as the Public Address Announcer at Reliant Stadium for Texans home games.

Brady is a native Houstonian and graduate of Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas, where he earned a degree in Radio Television and Film.  David and his wife, Annie, who owns degrees Political Science and Education from the University of Arizona, have three children, Peter and twins Maggie and Jack.
