SoccerMATCHUPS SET AT NRG STADIUM FOR HISTORIC 2016 COPA AMERICA CENTENARIO IN JUNE
HOUSTON (Feb. 21, 2016) – NRG Stadium will host 2 first round match-ups during the Copa America Centenario, starting on June 11. The first match-up will be Colombia vs. Costa Rica on June 11. The second on June 13 will see Mexico take on Venezuela.
NRG Stadium will also host a SEMI-FINAL match on June 21 during the once-in-a-lifetime tournament.
The groups and full match schedule were set for the 2016 Copa America Centenario after the Official Draw was conducted at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City this evening. The entire tournament will take place from June 3-26 across 10 cities in the United States.
